TOWN OF WALLKILL – State Police Wednesday arrested nine men in an
undercover anti-prostitution sting after they each made contact with a
female undercover trooper and offered her money in exchange for a sex
act.
Charges were Luis Ruedas-Cruz, 22, of Spring Valley; Jhon Ortega-Guaman,
33, of Middletown; Adolph Pantore, 56, of Bloomingburg; Drew Artiganer,
58, of Newburgh; Jermaine Barnaby, 32, of Middletown; Travis Contreras,
23, of Middletown; Jofre Angamarca, 24, of Middletown; Caleb Elizando,
20, of Middletown; and Keith Ferguson, 50, of Port Jervis.
They were all charged with one count of patronizing a prostitute. Ferguson
was also charged with resisting arrest.
All nine men were issued appearance tickets to appear in town court at
a later date.
