CATSKILL – State Police at Catskill have arrested a Coxsackie man on two counts of grand larceny and offering a false instrument for filing, all as felonies.
William Royal, 31, is alleged to have fraudulently obtained $15,000 in bail return money from New Baltimore Town Court and $24,250 in bail return money from the Greene County Court to which he was not entitled.
Royal was sent to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 bond pending a future court appearance.
