Connecticut man caught with cocaine

TOWN OF SOUTHEAST – A Danbury, Connecticut man, who was a passenger in a car stopped in the Town of Southeast for driving with a license plate bulb out, was charged with felony drug possession.
State Police also charged Kyle Ledoux, 23, with misdemeanor criminal use of drug paraphernalia on Friday.  He was arraigned in Carmel Town Court and sent to the Putnam County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond.
