KINGSTON – Detectives from the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office
have arrested a 19-year-old Wappingers Falls woman on a felony charge of
promoting prison contraband.
On Saturday, April 16, Nicole Mastro was brought to the Ulster County Jail
on an unrelated charge and when searched, was found to have a hypodermic
need hidden inside her body.
She was charged and will appear in Kingston City Court on the new charge
at a later date.
