TOWN OF GOSHEN – Authorities have arrested two women on charges of performing massages without a license as a felony under state law. They were also charged with prostitution as a misdemeanor.
The Orange County Drug Task Force developed information from Village of Goshen Police that illegal activity was taking place there.
Arrested were Zhenyu Jin, 56, of Queens and Mihwa Kim, 27, of Brooklyn. Both were charged with prostitution and practicing massage therapy without a license and sent to the Orange County Jail.
The investigation was conducted by the Orange County Drug Task Force along with the Orange County Sheriff’s Patrol and Town of Goshen Police.
