GERMANTOWN – A 46-year-old Germantown man has been arrested on
a charge of rape for allegedly having sex with a 16-year-old girl.
State Police at Livingston charged that John Hoey allegedly had sexual
contact with the victim on March 1.
He was arraigned and released on $5,000 cash bail pending a future court
appearance.
