BETHEL – The parent company of Mysteryland Festival, the annual
weekend-long electric music festival held at Bethel Woods, has declared
Chapter 11 bankruptcy, but it will not impact this year’s concert,
a company official said.

SDX Entertainment, Inc., which operates the festival, filed for reorganization
under Chapter 11 on February 1.

Despite that legal issue, the music, culture and art festival will be
held on the weekend of June 10- 13 this year.

“Mysteryland won’t be affected by the Chapter 11 filing,’
said Tyler Jensen of SFX Entertainment, Inc. of New York. “The team
is hard at work planning and preparing for a stellar third year at Bethel
Woods, and we’re all really looking forward toward returning.”

A spokeswoman for Bethel Woods had no comment and referred all inquiries
to SFX Entertainment.
