TOWN OF LIBERTY – A Loch Sheldrake man is charged with rape for allegedly having sex with a child on several occasions in the Town of Fallsburg.
Ernest Seymour, 50, was arrested on Sunday after an investigation into the allegations made to the State Police.
Seymour was charged with three counts of rape and two counts of criminal sexual abuse, all as felonies. He is in the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail.
Police did not disclose the gender or age of the victim.
