CORNWALL – An Albany man is in the Orange County Jail following
his arrest on the Thruway early Sunday morning on drug charges.
Clarence Wright, 59, was stopped for speeding and was found in possession
of seven pounds of marijuana, cannabis candy, several varieties of vapor
cartridges and a large amount of cash.
He was charged with criminal possession of marijuana as a felony, unlawful
possession of marijuana and speeding.
Wright was remanded in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
