KINGSTON – Kingston City and Rosendale Police arrested a Kingston man wanted for violating his parole.
Jamel Moore, 32, of Maple Street in Kingston was arrested on Friday after he was located at a residence on Route 32 in Rosendale. As officers attempted to locate him inside the residence, he tried to avoid being captured by hiding in a crawlspace on the third floor, but partially fell through the ceiling. He eventually surrendered to police without incident.
Moore was taken to the Rosendale Police Department, charged with felony violation of parole and sent to the Ulster County Jail.
