KINGSTON – Kingston City and Rosendale Police arrested a Kingston man wanted for violating his parole.
Jamel Moore, 32, of Maple Street in Kingston was arrested on Friday after he was located at a residence on Route 32 in Rosendale. As officers attempted to locate him inside the residence, he tried to avoid being captured by hiding in a crawlspace on the third floor, but partially fell through the ceiling.
