CATSKILL – A fight at Stone Gate Mobile Home Park in Catskill resulted in the arrests of three family members in connection with an assault on another couple.
State Police arrested Alyssa McIntosh, 18, David McIntosh, 19, and Elisa McIntosh, 43, all of Catskill.
Alyssa McIntosh was charged with assault and criminal mischief, both as felonies, as well as criminal possession of a weapon and reckless endangerment, both as misdemeanors. She allegedly possessed a baseball bat that she used to threaten and assault a woman during the dispute. She also damaged a vehicle.
The victim of the assault was treated for lacerations and contusions prior to be released from Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson.
Elisa and David McIntosh were each charged with a violation of harassment for hitting and pulling the hair of the victim during the dispute. Both issued appearance tickets to return to Catskill Town Court at a later date.
