KINGSTON – An Ulster County grand jury indicted an Albany man for allegedly holding up Boulevard Liquors with another man while armed with what appeared to be a handgun.
Ontario Johnson, also known as “O.T.,” 18, allegedly held up a clerk at the Kingston store.
He was indicted on three charges of robbery, two counts of attempted robbery and assault.
