KINGSTON – A Port Ewen woman was arrested by State Police on a charge of criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation as a misdemeanor.
Police said the arrest of Dena Pecorella, 39, stemmed from a physical dispute she had with a man with whom she had a relationship. During the dispute, she allegedly placed her hands around his neck with the intent to obstruct his breathing, police charged.
The incident took place in the Town of Esopus.
