Shots fired at car in Ramapo

TOWN OF RAMAPO – Police in the Town of Ramapo are investigating shots fired at a car on Christmas Eve.
Minutes after 8 p.m., three men were sitting in a parked car in the driveway of 85 Rockland Lane when they heard what they believed to be gunshots and something hit the side door.  They found a bullet hole in the door, but no one was struck.
Ramapo detectives and the Rockland County Sheriff’s BCI Unit responded with the incident remaining under investigation.
