POUGHKEEPSIE – A 41-year-old
Poughkeepsie man has been arrested by the State Police Community Narcotics
Enforcement Team on drug charges.
Troopers executed a search warrant in conjunction with the City of Poughkeepsie
Police Neighborhood Recovery Unit at 109 Delafield Street and seized 30
grams of crack cocaine and powder cocaine, and drug paraphernalia.
As a result, Tyrone Morgan was charged with three counts of criminal sale
of a controlled substance and four counts of criminal possession.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail pending arraignment.
