Rhinebeck man charged in connection with fatality

POUGHKEEPSIE – A Rhinebeck man was arrested in connection with a July 6 incident in which another man was killed.
Brandon Riccobono, 18, surrendered with his attorney to the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office on November 11. He was indicted by a grand jury on November 5 in the death of Dylan Feller, 20, of Pleasant Valley.
Riccobono had been identified as the driver of a vehicle involved in the incident, and is accused of recklessly causing Feller’s death while attempting to escape from a bad drug deal. He is also accused of leaving the scene after causing the fatal injuries. 
Riccobono was indicted on felony charges of manslaughter, criminal possession of a forged instrument and leaving the scene of a fatality, and misdemeanor petit larceny.   He was released to electronic monitoring subject to $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
