CATSKILL – An Athens man is in the Greene County Jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond following his arrest on drug charges.
State Police at Catskill arrested Chuan “Roy” Tsuei, 39, following an investigation into the sale of heroin in the Town of Athens. He was charged with felony drug sales.
State Police were assisted in the investigation by the Greene County District Attorney’s Office and Sheriff’s Office.
