NORTH SALEM – State Police have arrested three men following a
robbery of a man on October 7 just before 8 p.m. at the Croton Falls train
station.

Michael Owoo, 21, of North Salem, Sean McCoyd, 22, of Garden City, and
Ronnie Foskey, 21, of Roslyn, were all charged with felony robbery.

Investigation by the BCI revealed that Owoo, with the assistance of Fiskey,
forcibly stole property from the victim before fleeing in a vehicle driven
by McCoyd.

The victim, who knows Owoo, followed the getaway car and called 911. North
Salem Police officers spotted the car and stopped it. Foskey and McCoyd
were taken into custody, but Owoo fled before the stop and was apprehended
later.

Owoo was committed to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail.
Foskey was remanded on $2,000 bail and McCoyd was released after posting
$500 bail.
