PHILPSTOWN – A Fishkill
man was killed when the trike motorcycle he was operating on Route 9 and
Old Highland Turnpike in the Town of Philipstown ran off the road and
struck a utility pole.
State Police said Bill Jesshope was operating the three-wheeler just before
10 p.m. on Wednesday when he ran off the road and struck the pole.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The State Police were assisted by the Putnam County Coroner’s Office.
