KINGSTON – A Walden man has been arrested on charges that he sold ecstasy (MDMA) to an undercover police officer in the Town of Shawangunk.
Justin Michel, 25, was charged at his home by members of the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office and Montgomery Town Police with felonies of criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance. He was sent to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond pending a future court appearance.
