POUGHKEEPSIE – Dutchess County Executive Marcus Molinaro, a Republican, has received the endorsement from the Democratic mayor of Millbrook, Laura Hurley.
“As a local official, we are all aware that he is one of us,” Hurley said. “He truly understands the challenges we face every day with our residents and the limited amount of money we have to provide to our citizens.”
In another endorsement, Washington Town Supervisor Gary Ciferri, a Republican, said he has known Molinaro personally and professionally for over 20 years.
“We both served as mayors of small villages in the 1990s and he has always been there for me,” Ciferri said
