Four-month investigation leads to arrests of three alleged drug dealers

CATSKILL – A joint investigation by the Greene County District Attorney’s, Sheriff’s and Probation offices and State Police has resulted in the indictments of two men for drug sales in Greene County.
The four-month investigation resulted in the indictments of Elijiah Jenkins, 23, and Gregory “Rebel” Bernard, 37, both of Catskill. They were arrested after undercover officers purchased powder and crack cocaine in the Town of Catskill.
A third suspect, Odilon Serrano, 39, of New Baltimore, was arrested for several drug counts in a three-month investigation conducted by the State Police, Greene County Sheriff’s Office, US Immigration and Customers Enforcement and Capital District Drug Enforcement Task Force into the sale of crack cocaine in the Town of Coxsackie.
All three are in the Greene County Jail.  Bernard is held without bail.   Bail was set at $100,000 cashor $200,000 bond for Serrano; $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond for Jenkins.
