SAUGERTIES – A Malden man is charged with criminal possession of a weapon after it was determined that he had 10 firearms at his residence. Saugerties Police said William Hutton, 70, a convicted felon, illegally possessed the firearms illegally.
Police received a complaint alleging that he had obtained a number of weapons that he was keeping at his residence. An investigation determined he had possessed those weapons.
Hutton was released on appearance ticket returnable to Town of Saugerties Court.
