Three dead, seven injured in four-car crash

YORKTOWN – Three people were killed in
a four-vehicle crash on the Taconic State Parkway just north of Baldwin
Road in Yorktown on Saturday afternoon.

State Police said a BMW SUV was traveling northbound at around 2:50 p.m.
when it ran off the road, struck an earth embankment, went airborne into
the southbound lanes striking two other vehicles. A third vehicle was also
involved in the crash.

One person was in critical condition at Westchester Medical Center, five
were in stable condition at WMC and two were treated and released at Hudson
Valley Hospital.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation. Anyone who may have
