PLATTEKILL – Plattekill Democrats
have nominated candidates for the November elections during a caucus on
August 4.
They include Jaime Pagan for town supervisor, Gladys Figueroa and Roseann
Guerrieri for town board and Annamaria Maciocia for town justice.
Also on the Democratic line of the November ballot in Plattekill will
be Ulster County Legislature candidates Jonathan Ridgeway and Tara Fitzpatrick.
Pagan is a former state trooper and investigator, who served as an advisor
for the departments of State and Defense in Afghanistan and Kuwait and
as a UN peacekeeper in Haiti.
Figueroa is al former police officer and community liaison.
Guerrieri formerly worked for the New York City Board of Education and
is a local activist.
Maciocia is seeking reelection as town justice. She was first elected
in November 1995.
