CLAVERACK – State Police at the Livingston barracks arrested a man on a misdemeanor charge of sexual misconduct for allegedly having “an inappropriate sexual relationship” with a 13-year-old child in June.
Dylan Cowin, 18, of Hudson was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
State Police were assisted in the investigation by Columbia County Child Protective Services, the Columbia County Child Advocacy Center and the Columbia County District Attorney’s Office.
