STEWART AIRPORT – Children from Braeside
Camp in the Town of Wallkill are going to participate in a mad dash to
the Stewart Airport terminal tomorrow (Tuesday) morning to demonstrate
the ease of access from the parking lots to the gates.
The “Race to the Terminal” at 10:30 a.m. will include children
ages six to 12
.
Airport General Manager Ed Harrison said the race will be a prelude to
the New York Air Show to be held at the end of the month to demonstrate
the ease it takes to get from the parking lot to the terminal in less
than five minutes.
The air show will be held at Stewart on August 29 and 30.
