POUGHKEEPSIE – State Police in Rhinebeck charged a Hyde Park man with felony grand larceny for selling a Rhode Island man a motorcycle under the pretense that it had a clean title free of liens.
The man paid Zachary Remsburger, 26, of Hyde Park $5,000 for the 2012 Kawasaki bike, only to learn there was a lien and it was being repossessed by a bank, leaving him out the $5,000.
Remsburger was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
