Three stabbed and slashed at private Rockland party

HILLCREST – Three men were stabbed and slashed while at a private party in the Hillcrest section of the Town of Ramapo early Sunday morning.
Town police said the attack in front of 14A South Hillside Drive occurred at 12:15 a.m. when a group of uninvited men showed up and a dispute erupted with them attacking the party-goers.
When police arrived, they found two victims, one with a long slicing cut across his abdomen and a small cut to the side of his neck. The other victim had a deep slice to his upper left arm and a slice to his left rib area.
Both men were taken to Nyack Hospital and admitted.
As officers arrived, several cars were leaving. Two were stopped and in one, a third victim was discovered. He had a slash to his torso and was treated and released at Good Samaritan Hospital in Suffern.
The injured men were treated at the scene by Rockland Paramedics and Spring Hill Ambulance Corps.
Ramapo detectives are investigating the assault with assistance from the Rockland County Sheriff’s BCI.  Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact the Ramapo Police Detective Bureau at 845-357-2400.
