Newburgh fugitive caught in Canada

ONTARIO – A man wanted by Newburgh City Police on a bench warrant stemming from an arrest for firearms possession in February of last year is being held by Canadian authorities pending extradition to the United States.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office, with the assistance of the US Marshals Service and the New York-New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force and Canadian authorities, located Glenroy Virgo, 28, in a hotel in Ontario, Canada.
Virgo is a native of Jamaica.
