Site clearing already underway

TOWN OF WALLKILL – Site work has begun to construct two additional
facilities on the campus of Orange Regional Medical Center.  The
new additional will be a 26,000 square foot, threw-story medical office
building and a single-story cancer center.
The hospital held a ceremonial groundbreaking on Wednesday.
ORMC President Scott Batulis said placing all of the facilities on the hospital campus will provide comprehensive health services for area residents.
“It’s a continuation of that journey of physician services, outpatient services and the hospital services all on one campus, all integrated, so it will be a destination for all healthcare services in the area,” Batulis said.
Financing for the projects is in place.
The projects are expected to be completed in the fall of next year.
The Town of Wallkill hospital will be four years old this August.
