GOSHEN – Orange County Clerk Annie
Rabbitt has announced two new online services – e-recording and
online record search.
Electronic recording of land records, such as deeds and mortgages, is
now available. Documents may be e-recorded through Simplifile at www.simplifile.com
and through Corporate Service Company at www.cscglobal.com.
The public can now also access county clerk records online. Any public
records previously viewed at the clerk’s office, including land
and court documents, can now be viewed online through IQS at www.searchiqs.com/nyora.
Rabbitt said there will be additional announcements about e-filing in
the future.
