Highland man arrested in Kingston for possession of hashish

KINGTSON – A 50-year-old Highland
man was arrested on Tuesday in Kingston after city police saw him smoking
concentrated hashish on the corner of Broadway and Cornell Street.

When Jeffrey Herbert was taken into custody, police found a substantial
amount of hashish on him.

He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
