BREWSTER – A 22-year-old homeless
man was found dead under the Borden train trestle in the Village of Brewster
Sunday morning, State Police said Monday.

Marvin Castillo-Vasquez was located around 9:45 a.m. by two fishermen
in the area that is known to be frequented by homeless people, troopers
said.

The investigation into Castillo-Vasquez’s death is ongoing with
an autopsy pending, but police said they do not suspect foul play.

State Police were assisted by Brewster Village Police and MTA Police due
to the close proximity to the Borden train trestle.

Anyone with information regarding the death of Castillo-Vasquez or his
whereabouts on Saturday is asked to call Brewster State Police Bureau
of Criminal Investigation at 845-379-8656.
