Four charged with throwing eggs at New Square residents

NEW SQUARE – Four teenagers were arrested
early Sunday morning for throwing eggs at pedestrians in the Village of
New Square.

The incident, at 2:38 a.m., occurred in the area of Washington Avenue
where Ramapo Police placed them under arrest on charges of aggravated
harassment.

No injuries or property damage was reported.

Police did not release the names of the suspects but said two men, ages
18 and 19 are from Pearl River and a 16-year-old boy and 19-year-old woman
are from Nanuet.
