Carmel woman identified as fatal crash victim

PATTERSON – State Police identified a woman who was killed when the car in which she was a passenger was struck head-on by a pickup truck on Route 22 in Patterson.
Killed in the crash on Wednesday afternoon was Jean Riccobon, 63. Her husband, Mario Riccobon, 65, who was driving, was treated at an area hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the pickup, Christopher Osborne, Jr., 42, of Pawling, crossed the double yellow lines into the opposite lane of traffic and struck the car, police said.
