KINGSTON – A Kingston man was arrested following a narcotics investigation in the area of Broadway and East Chester Street.
During the operation on Friday, Kevin Galbreath, 29, was observed selling suspected crack cocaine. Special Investigations Unit detectives from Kingston City Police stopped him after the deal and found him in possession of more crack cocaine and a substantial amount of cash.
Galbreath was charged with criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance as felonies.
