Two arrested in Port Jervis on felony drug charges

PORT JERVIS – Two people were arrested on Friday in Port Jervis on drug charges following a police surveillance operation.
Port Jervis detectives charges Michael Banks, 36, of Binghamton with criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession with intent to sell, both as felonies. Sabrena Potter, 25, of Port Jervis, was charged with felony conspiracy.
Banks was sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail.  Potter was released pending a future court appearance.
