CORNWALL – A Town of Wallkill couple has been arrested and charged
with armed robbery for committing a home invasion robbery in Cornwall
and robbing a man at gunpoint.
The crime occurred on the evening of March 9 when Justine Greenfield,
27, and Alyssa Lavalle, 20, allegedly invaded the residence and stole
property from the occupant.
They were both charged with burglary, armed robbery and criminal possession
of marijuana, all as felonies, and misdemeanor criminal possession of
drugs.
Both Greenfield and Lavalle were remanded to the Orange County Jail with
Lavalle’s bail set at $5,000 and Greenfield’s set at $10,000.
The investigation was conducted by the State Police in conjunction with
the Orange County District Attorney’s Office and Town of Cornwall
Police.
