Poughkeepsie Police said early Thursday morning, Marvin Hill, 26, of Albany walked into a store, bought several scratch-off lottery ticket with at least two being winners. One netted $7 and another was a free ticket.
After the clerk gave Hill his winnings, Hill became enraged claiming he had won more and he demanded money.
