Crime Stoppers offers reward in Cortlandt hit-and-run


CORTLANDT – New York State Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $2,500 for information that directly leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a hit-and-run incident at 10:35 p.m. on February 10.
Alex Hoy, 26, of Yorktown, was walking on Lexington Avenue in Cortlandt when a vehicle struck him and fled the scene. He was unable to obtain a vehicle description, but it sustained a broken windshield and passenger side mirror and damaged fender before it took off, police said.
Hoy was transported to Westchester Medical Center where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
