KINGSTON – The Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team arrested an Ellenville man following an investigation into heroin sales.
Jorge Vega, 44, also known as “Leo”, of Brodhead Street in Ellenville, was arrested on Wednesday, following an investigation by members of URGENT and Ellenville Police.
Vega was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance – heroin – and criminal possession with intent to sell, both as felonies, and unlawful possession of marijuana. He is in the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.
