Man charged with failing to report as sex offender

KINGSTON – A Port Jervis man has been
arrested been arrested for failure to report a change of address within
10 days since he is a registered sex offender.

Timothy Langjan, 32, had been living in Ulster County previously.

He was turned over to the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office and remanded
to the Ulster County Jail without bail as he has two prior convictions
for the shame charge.
