Two arrested for selling untaxed cigarettes

KINGSTON – Two men have been arrested by Kingston City Police and charged with selling untaxed cigarettes at the East Oreilly Street Laundromat.  Detectives used an undercover officer to make several purchases from the laundromat.
Daniel Lattore and Joseph Rapp were arrested on Friday following an investigation that began in December when police received several complaints of untaxed cigarettes being sold there.  Both were charged with misdemeanor sale of untaxed cigarettes and issued appearance tickets returnable to city court.
