KINGSTON – A homeless Kingston man
is in the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond
following his arrest on drug sale charges.
The Special Investigations Unit of Kingston City Police conducted a buy-bust
operation in the area of Second Avenue and Larch Street on Thursday that
resulted in the arrest of 36-year-old Sam Sperling.
He was charged with felony criminal sale and possession of a controlled
substance for selling Oxycodone tablets.
