DUTCHESS JUNCTION – Police are investigating
a fatal shooting that occurred Friday afternoon on Route 9D north of Breakneck
Tunnel in Dutchess Junction.
Fishkill Town and State Police are handling the case.
Officials said there is no cause for alarm, but declined to provide additional
information as the investigation is in its early stages.
One source, said, though, that it may have been a suicide.
