Several local authorities fail to file required financial reports

ALBANY – The New York State Authorities
Budget Office has released a report identifying local and state authorities
that have failed to file one or more required financial reports as of
January 20 and are therefore considered out of compliance with accountability,
transparency and reporting requirements of state law.
Several of those authorities are in the Hudson Valley and the report constitutes an official warning to those authorities on the list. They include:

Village of Spring Valley URA
Mount Vernon Industrial Development Agency
Port Chester IDA
Port Jervis IDA

East of Hudson Watershed Corporation
Greater Wawarsing Local Development Corporation
Hudson River LDC
Hudson Valley AgriBusiness Development Corporation
LDC of Mount Vern on
New Rochelle LDC (intends to dissolve)
Orange Valley View Development Corporation
Port Chester LDC
Sullivan County Agricultural LDC (intends to dissolve)
