Chester fatal victim identified

CHESTER – Police have identified the
man who was killed when his car ran off Route 94 in the Town of Chester
on Monday morning as Raymond Heine, 32, of Florida, NY.

Preliminary investigation revealed his car, a Volkswagen Rabbit, skidded
on the icy road and struck a utility pole, Chester Town Police said.

He was pronounced dead at the scene of the 10:15 a.m. accident.
