NEW CITY – A Rockland County grand jury indicted a Haverstraw man on a charge of attempted arson in connection with a fire last fall at an adult care home.
Between October 28 and November 3, 2014, Miguel Rivera, 58, of 1 South Route 9W in Haverstraw allegedly started a fire in a closet of the facility in the Village of Haverstraw while other residents were in the building.
