PORT EWEN – Deputies from the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office arrested Sirbraxston Gaines, 23, of Port Ewen, and charged him with third degree criminal mischief, a felony.
On Thursday, January 8, around 7:00pm deputies responded to a domestic dispute at 196 Horton Lane in Port Ewen. On arrival deputies interviewed parties on scene and discovered that Gaines, who lives at that address, had intentionally caused damage to a vehicle owned by the victim.
Gaines was sent to Ulster County Jail in lieu of $1000 cash bail or$2000 property bond.
